Un estudio como herramienta para la comunidad científica y académica

Resumen

En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de un estudio destinado a conocer las opiniones de los administradores de las listas de distribución de correo electrónico gestionadas por RedIRIS. El estudio ha tenido tres objetivos: conocer el nivel de satisfacción que tiene cada administrador con diferentes medios electrónicos para recibir información en su trabajo diario, y especialmente con las listas de distribución; conocer la evolución de sus listas respecto al número de mensajes y suscriptores; conocer el nivel de acuerdo o desacuerdo sobre las listas de distribución como medio de compartición del conocimiento y de canal para el aprendizaje.  Los administradores encuestados valoran las listas como la mejor aplicación como método para compartir y difundir información entre profesionales y académicos. Aunque no todas las listas gozan de la misma fortaleza, siguen siendo utilizadas por los usuarios. Y sirve de herramienta para la gestión del conocimiento, y de  utilidad para la formación y el aprendizaje.
