Identificación y valoración de documentos en España a partir de 1975.

Abstract

Some of the main problems of Spanish archives are linked to the accumulation of historical documents in the administrative archives and to the lack of a developed regulation about the valuation, selection, elimination and transfers of documents from the above mentioned administrative archives to the historical ones. Records management, recently introduced in Spain, tries to contribute to the good functioning of the system, though the techniques already mentioned. In this piece of work a detailed reference to their applications is made, especially a reference to identification and valuation, considered at the different levels of the Spanish Administration.
