Abstract

It is by means of the flexible formulation of thoughts through aphorism that the physicist Jorge Wargensberg depicts his peculiar view of reality with a series of conscious and unconscious repertoris, hence generating a scientific imaginary. The author reconstructs the complex layout of external world through linguistics and literary resources. Following a lexical, syntactic and semantic approach, connotation and reference prove themselves to be key instruments for the actual representation of things. This paper shows how the original word, the poetic reference and implication give a transcendental value, as well as and communicative of humanistic meaning to specialized and restrictive language.
