Abstract

This article aims at analyzing three different instances of morphological change which are experienced by deverbal nouns. Those analyses are expected to show that the source of most of the changes involving formal and semantic relationships between two (or more) words lies in the gaps emerging from derivational series, and in the resulting readjustments or new formations.
