Abstract

In this work we will try to show how the meaning of language and dialect vary from a culture to another owed to forces, not really linguistics, that lie behind and do not take into account the opinions of speakers. Spain and China are far off the interpretation of these words and their meaning, but not in the reasons of these differences.
