Abstract

Criticism is a necessary practice in the educative process. Above all, if it refers to a problematic situation that affects the research community and is directed to the scientific debate. Our critical work the established system of evaluation of scientific production focused on the impact index and condensate in the report Journal Citation Report (JCR), with journals with impact factor, than is adopted as the international benchmark of scientific quality more important. Our argument is based on several assumptions about this system: its influence on many researchers is considerable; its assimilation by the scientific community defines a complex problem for researchers and for science itself; it’s particularly contentious by shortage of magazines in the Didactics and School Organization area; and the system can recognize and describe and is open to criticism.

For its development, we will have a causal analysis, descriptive and critical-humanist scientific evaluation system in question.
