Institutional Cooperation: The Cooperating Degree

Abstract

This paper will answer the need for international cooperation still exists, even in times of crisis. Institutions cannot refuse to cooperate with the world's needs. If they can do with money, they can do it in another way: in kind. Case of cooperation in the field of education and teaching, Spanish universities should consider charging less for tuition of doctoral aimed master when they are taught to students in impoverished countries. To help understand this approach, after a brief introduction, the article describes the experience carried out in Bolivia, conceptualized development cooperation, criticizes certain ways to make international cooperation and concludes by proposing a new way of university cooperation, which the author calls "Cooperating Title".
