“A Laptop per Student” as an argument of Political Dispute in the Digital Society

Abstract

The government’s decision to give a computer to each student, within the framework of the project School 2.0, is the fact that motivates this work. With the same we give continuity to our line of study and reflection on the policies that protect the gradual incorporation of the school to the information society. On this occasion focus the analysis on the speeches with the justified such initiatives in the context of the government’s plans for the stimulation of the economy. The allocation should be nested in addition to the rest of plans that on the particular promote various ministries, apart from which sponsored the autonomous government in its competence. To which we conclude that the bodies involved in the development of the educational project of center will assume the educational integration of the computers equipped with public funds but which may have privately students.
