Scholar leadership sostenibility in Andalucia through the tutoring training modality
Abstract
The school management is a highly influential factor in improving schools and on school performance of students. To improve leadership of managers proposed the distribution of tasks, attach greater importance to instructional leadership, make it sustainable for the future and improve their skills through training. The mentoring has been used in some training programs principals. Our research reveals that this mode allows advance training in Andalusia towards sustainable management leadership and explore some proposals to achieve greater success.Downloads
