Abstract

It is essential in the formation stages of the soccer player, the development of all the necessary qualities for the future discharge competition? including the psychological ones-. it must suppose a meticulous planning of that work, and at the same time a a continuity in the time. that rational and coherent practice, and also the pursuit of those aspects (the psychological ones) witch affect and go with good development of the soccer players, forms this plan of psychological performance, contemplating the promotion of the health and the quality of life of the young soccer player, and the analysis, study and valuation of events witch are important in soccer and obviously will help to get true advances to Sevilla F.C. S.A.D; in their sport stuff, like in the human one. by the importance we granted to this work, we presented/displayed the plan of psychological work for the lower rosters of Sevilla F.C., already started six seasons ago.
