Abstract

This paper presents a proposal for a guide for the assessment of competences in Francés Técnico in the Degree of Enology at the Universidad de La Rioja. We basically aim to offer a model that can be useful to university teaching staff of Scientific and Technical French. The present research shows the list of competences to be acquired by learners in this course, as well as the particular assessment objectives and the assessment techniques and instruments to be employed by the lecturer to evaluate students’ learning processes.
