Online public administration: A survey of web-based city council public services in Murcia Region
Abstract
The present article aims to show the current state of the services offered by the city Councils of the Region of Murcia through their web sites. In order to do this, we defined firstly a series of basic services that the local entities should offer to their citizens through Internet.
