Abstract

In this work, it has formulated an analytic-descriptive and informative methodology created "ad hoc" for the evaluation of the quality of databases on line more useful for nursing, in which is provided as the central axis for the development of the work the "Protocol for the evaluation of digital information sources published on the Internet" and its "Good Practice Guide ", 2003 and 2006 respectively raised by doctors María Dolores Ayuso García and Victoria Martínez Navarro. To do this, specific evaluation criteria for this type of information resources relevant to nursing are applied that are structured into sections (Micronavegation, Macronavegaction and Usability), and within each section, it includes dimensions which are subdivided into specific characteristics of evaluation and it assigns scores ranging from 0 to 3 points.
