La naturaleza del informe como tipología documental: Documento gris, documento jurídico y documento de archivo

Abstract

It is analysed the report as a kind of document under the scope of grey literature, records management and administrative law. The special characteristics centered on little visibility, hard access and control have defined this type of document, in spite of the standarization efforts developed by ISO rules and adapted in Spain by UNE. Although there is a pretended lack of homogeneity, report keeps being a high information content document, highly useful to take resolutions in any environment of activity
