The concept of National Library from the three Unesco reports on National libraries: Sylvestre (1.987), Line ( 1.989) and Cornish ( 1.991)
Abstract
Between the years 1,987 and 1,991, UNESCO published three reports on national libraries. This article focuses on the concept of national library as presented in the cited authors.
