THE DOCUMENTARY SERIES “BUILDINGS PROCESSES” IN THE MUNICIPALLY OF LISBON. ANALYSIS OF ITS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Abstract
Taking as a starting point the work methodology that is applied in the Records Centre in the Municipality of Lisbon, the article analyses the management techniques applied to an essential series in the municipality administration, the buildings process. The uniqueness of the solution applied in the Lisbon Archives, that questions the three ages theory and the records continuum, raises new questions about the service and functions that have traditionally been associated with the Records Centre.Downloads
