Abstract

Tourism management of cultural heritage is the application of specific knowledge to transform assets into tourism products, but conserving heritage for future generations. The coordination between the tourism and the cultural patrimony will be a factor of mutual benefits if there are programs that, by means of skills and concrete instruments, allow finding the balance among both through a suitable plan of action that becomes a consensus element. The use of those will allow to improve the performance of the two sectors.
