Abstract

     Institutional policy from the UE and Spain has paid limited attention to cultural tourism. That situation coincides with changes fulfilled since a decade in the idea of a cultural tourism based on an inheritance in a broad sense. Both circunstances force the development of different community ways and the united efforts of public and private entities. The effectiveness of this actions about cultural tourism, permanent as ephemeral ones, is well developed in Murcia community, with definite examples by a colaboration of institutions and territories. That institutions utilize inheritance and the increasing demand of that inheritance, with the objetive of dinamize local places using different ways of capture broad or local market.
