GASTRONOMÍA Y HOSPITALIDAD: CLAVES PARA LA SATISFACCIÓN TURÍSTICA EN ÁREAS RURALES

Resumen

La hospitalidad es uno de los atractivos más importantes de un destino y uno de los factores que más influye en la satisfacción del turista. La percepción de hospitalidad depende tanto de las actitudes de los residentes como de la implicación cultural de los turistas. Los resultados del trabajo confirmaron que la motivación relacionada con la gastronomía y el consumo de productos locales influye positivamente en la hospitalidad percibida. Además, la hospitalidad percibida influye en la imagen del destino y es el factor más importante a la hora de explicar la satisfacción de los visitantes.
