La era de los consequencias del capitalismo del conocimiento
Resumen
El artículo analiza las interacciones globales de Estados Unidos con su aliado y rival en la era de las consecuencias del capitalismo del conocimiento, en particular las interacciones relacionadas con la soberanía estratégica y la autonomía estratégica. Aborda la diferenciación entre Estados Unidos, la República Popular China y la Unión Europea en tres partes. En primer lugar, como condición previa para explicar las relaciones contemporáneas entre Estados Unidos y China. En segundo lugar, aborda las relaciones entre Estados Unidos y China desde la primera administración Trump hasta la actualidad, así como las perspectivas de desarrollo de China. En la tercera parte, el artículo formula la adaptación de la Unión Europea al complejo proceso de fragmentación parcial de China y Estados Unidos en el mundo. Destaca las cuestiones estratégicas representativas en materia económica, de seguridad y política dentro de la transformación multipolar del sistema global en relación con la cooperación, la competencia y el conflicto.
