El fin del neoliberalismo y la génesis de una segunda Guerra Fría: una breve historia del papel de la nostalgia en la construcción de un nuevo orden mundial (2014-2024)
Resumen
La recuperación del concepto de Guerra Fría con miras a ordenar un nuevo orden mundial que responda a las capacidades y alcances de la gran estrategia estadounidense se ve interpelado por las actuaciones de los otros dos actores con capacidad de movilización extrarregional: China y Rusia. En el presente trabajo hacemos un ejercicio de historia aplicada a las relaciones internacionales donde nos proponemos presentar el desarrollo del concepto de Guerra Fría desde sus remembranzas nostálgicas por un mundo que -en teoría- era más previsible como lo fue el de la postguerra hacia la construcción de un nuevo sistema donde Washington, Moscú y Beijing ponen a prueba sus estrategias de cara a un eventual sistema multipolar formado entre la crisis de Crimea de 2014 y la elección antiliberal de Donald Trump en 2024.
