Abstract

We introduce a descriptive and comparative analysis of four mathematical programs that come from different moments and educational laws that have been used in Spain since 1945 till now. This study is tackled from a dimensional currículum structure and three levels of reflection:
educational goals’, organization of educational system and working plan for teachers.
Similarities and differences among the four proposals show the importance of the social context, learning expectations and the research on mathematics education.
