Abstract
Thanks to the study on the “eLearning uses in the Andalusian Universities: state of the art and analysis of good practicel” this paper focuses on two fundamental axis of our research: on the one hand the Virtual Andalusian Campus (VAC) as a experience set in the “On-line; and on the other hand, to analyze the teacher satisfaction towards this project, as well as to know the reasons why they decided to participate, its overview, the training development, or its continuity in a near future. The second part of this paper presents the process research and the analysis carried out as well as some data obtained. We present some conclusions: The experience shows that it possesses a successful result and that it mobilizes teacher diversity with different personal and professional characteristics, and shows us that the existence of different platforms has not been a problem pointed out by the great majority of teachers or that the success of the experience comes from the teachers´concern and their attitude. Finally, it is claimed more online training and the development of skills in the participating teachers.
