Research in the Didactics of Musical Expression
Abstract
The motivation that leads us to write this article is on interest in attempting to clear, clarify and find the paths that research must pass our work must be consistent with our dedication to teaching. The main dilemma that we are in our field of knowledge is related to the areas to
which we belong, the music on the one hand and teaching on the other. We did not fully identify with our work related to education in music and still believe in music education is something different. For teachers assigned to the field of knowledge of Didactics of Musical Expression has been difficult to start the way in research precisely because of the dichotomy discipline area. Today the picture is beginning to change and ultimately we must show that we open interesting research lines related to the discipline in question.
