Abstract

The management and the leadership of the directors of educational centers present characteristics that have been studied through questionnaires, interviews, factorial
analysis and discussion groups. The used categories allow to explain behaviors and attitudes in the management of the institutions, referred to themselves, to the students, to the teachers and the society.
