APPROACH TO REFEREE'S OF SOCCER FORMATION: EDUCATIONAL MODEL'S EXAMPLE

Abstract

The quality of the arbitration rests in the formation that the collegian has received, in his daily training and in his previous experience. The first factor is fancied primordial, because it is the base on wich both will be built remaining, and to him we have almost dedicated the entirety of this work. The referee's curricular design has been study object for a very reduced number of authors that you/they have indicated, to big features, which they should be the matters that compose it, where to carry out the educational preparation and what model type it is the most appropriate for it. Our proposal doesn't only include above-mentioned, but rather he/she also offers a detailed planning of how it should act a psychologist of the sport that wanted to carry out its work in the context by arbitration. The last section has dedicated it to the referee's educational function, because we believe that it is an indispensable list of all collegian that officiates so much in sport it bases as in the elite. however, we should not forget that, so that the sport is educational, it is necessary the combined work of the other members of the sport family (parents, trainers, directives and sportmen).
