Abstract

The main purpose of the study in which this article is based is the analysis of all the different subfactors that have influence over the concentration of all young soccer players who, starting at the age of 15-16 years old up to the under-18 division, step into the field of high sports performance. The essay presented herein is based in the experience acquired working for the youth categories of the Rayo Vallecano de Madrid S.A.D. during the last two seasons. During that time, we have tried to prove which psychological training methodology adapts the best to all the performance and competitive needs that soccer usually requires.
