Abstract

In the education, we think that the relations of the theory with the practice are fundamental. In this research we have chased that the student realizes an assessment on the physical condition through the Course Navette's test to obtain the Aerobic Maximum Power and to relate the above mentioned results to the physical activity and the health. Thus, we show the results obtained by 57 subjects (n1 = 43 men; n2 = 14 women), students of "Theory and Practice of the Physical Conditioning" of the second course "Teacher: Speciality of Physical Education", with an average of age of 21,84 years (± 3,36 SD), being compared with the results of other countries. Likewise, we indicate the evidence of a high percentage of students with cardiovascular risk using the points of court proposed by The Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research.
