Open access policy

This journal provides its contents in immediate open access and full text, under the principle that allowing free access to the results of research results in a greater exchange of knowledge globally.

Mainly for this reason, Cuadernos de Psicología del Deporte does not charge authors any publication fee or fee for the publication of their manuscripts.

Inclusive Language Policy on Gender Equality

Manuscripts published in Cuadernos de Psicología del Deporte, as well as a large number of its internal management processes, will promote the use of inclusive language that allows the visibility of gender equality in the field of Psychology and the rest of Sport Sciences.

Dissemination of contents

All publications of Cuadernos de Psicología del Deporte will follow the rules and standards of publication of the APA in its 7th Edition on how to reference articles.

The bibliographic data of the publications of Cuadernos de Psicología del deporte will be compatible with the export of the bibliography of its articles to reference managers (Zotero, Mendeley,...).

The metadata of the published contents will be exported using PubMed XML for MEDLINE indexing. OJS integrates with Google Analytics for Google's web traffic analysis system, through a private account created in Google Analytics.

Interoperability protocol

The journal provides an OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative - Protocol for Metadata Harvesting) interface that allows its contents to be harvested by other distribution systems, such as digital repositories and harvesters.

Digital preservation policies

All journals published by the University of Murcia are hosted in the institutional repository DIGITUM (digitum.um.es). Authors are allowed and encouraged to deposit their works published in Cuadernos de Psicología del Deporte in other repositories, as this favors their circulation, dissemination and preservation.
