FARMACOCINÉTICA DE LA SILIMARINA EN CONEJOS. ESTUDIO DE LA ABSORCIÓN DIGESTIVA Y DE LA UNIÓN A PROTEÍNAS PLASMÁTICAS
Abstract
The digestive absorption of silymarin on rabbit has been studied, and the absorption constant in duodenum (6'0102·10-3 min-1) and jejunum (0'01742 min-1) has been found. It has been proved statiscally that the absorption is more rapid in jejunum than in duodenum. Also, the binding of silymarin to plasmatic proteins of rabbit has been studied, resulting an average percentage of union of 82,41, capacity of fixation of silymarin of 1,6043 mg/g and an association constant of 9,4530 l/g.Downloads
