Abstract

This article tries to give a frame that allows to differentiate the concepts data, information and knowledge in the company context, as well as glimpses the roll that such concepts have in the efficient company decision making, enunciate re-flections surroundings to the exposition of a factual universe according to which a new sequence in the knowledge generation exists and the form is described in which the knowledge takes place. Finally it is postulated to the individual like a incremental resource of information.
