The bookmobile in the Region of Murcia: Two decades of commitment with access to the reading and the information
Abstract
During 2003 twenty years of the bookmobile service restoration in the region of Murcia have been marked. This anniversary and the celebration of the I Congreso Nacional de Bibliotecas Móviles promoted by the Asociación Castellano-Leonesa de Profesionales de Bibliotecas Móviles (ACLEBIM), seems an opportune occasion to make some reflections on its evolution and future perspective in the context of the present information and communication society, general subject of this Congress.
