The Presidency of the Council of the European Union is rotational and is held by an EU member state every six months. Therefore, it corresponds to each country after more than a decade. In the case of Spain, the last occasion was in 2010.
In light of the above, it is an extraordinary event that deserves the publication of a special monographic issue of our journal, which we hope will be of interest to you.
Throughout this issue, the selected articles address current issues from all branches of the Legal System, in which European Union Law has had a strong normative and jurisprudential influence and on which the legislative and judicial activity of the Union during the Spanish presidency has stood out..

Frequency:
Anual desde su origen. Desde 2023 se trata de una publicación en linea o número abierto. Es decir, los trabajos serán publicados una vez finalizado el proceso de revisión y edición, sin necesidad de aguardar el cierre del número correspondiente. La publicación de cada número tendrá lugar en el mes de enero. Los envíos para cada número se podrán realizar entre el 1 de enero y el 30 de septiembre. Existe la posibilidad de números extraordinarios en el caso de onomásticas o eventos destacados sobre los que proceda la realización de monográficos.
