Abstract

In recent years the phenomenon known as Web 2.0 has reached a very significant dimension especially through the popularity of social networks. This concept whereby users are partners and only not spectators, means that companies and brands driven by the numbers of users of Web 2.0 tools to begin to act and try to position themselves. It is expected that the tourism sector and more specifically the hotel occupying a prominent position in this regard due to its high interaction with the Internet. The proposed analysis aims to study the level of involvement of the hotels in Murcia of Web 2.0, including by examining a number of factors relating to their overall presence in the web and social media.
