LA CULTURA LABORAL DEL EMPRENDEDOR AUTÓNOMO EN EL TURISMO RURAL

Resumen
El emprendimiento turístico se presenta como alternativa en contextos rurales afectados por el despoblamiento, la falta de empleo y la vulnerabilidad socioeconómica. A diferencia de iniciativas orientadas por criterios de racionalidad y adaptación a la demanda, este tipo de emprendimiento, por su estructura de autoempleo o empresa familiar, posibilita modelos de negocio que trascienden las lógicas del capital. Estas iniciativas contienen notas de autogestión y conciliación entre vida personal y actividad económica que permiten cierta flexibilidad ante las fluctuaciones del mercado, además de una base local que integra lógicas y acciones que podrían favorecer una oferta turística sostenible en estos territorios. Se analiza la figura del emprendedor autónomo como estructura socio-laboral en el emprendimiento turístico en entornos rurales, cuya condición de productor y propietario de los medios de producción, bajo los presupuestos de la producción mercantil simple, le permite reproducir una cultura laboral en equilibro con este contexto, al tiempo que favorece una oferta turística adaptada a los recursos naturales, sociales y culturales del entorno.
