La Inteligencia artificial en la formación docente universitaria: una revisión analítica de la literatura

Resumen

La inteligencia artificial (IA) está adquiriendo un papel creciente en la formación del profesorado, generando nuevas oportunidades y desafíos educativos. El presente estudio desarrolla una revisión analítica de la literatura con el propósito de ofrecer una visión holística del estado de la investigación sobre la aplicación de la IA en la formación docente. Para tal fin, se toman en consideración, entre otras cuestiones, los enfoques predominantes, las tecnologías estudiadas y los principales ámbitos de impacto. Siguiendo el protocolo PRISMA, se analizaron 100 estudios revisados por pares publicados entre 2018 y 2025, seleccionados a partir de Scopus y Web of Science. Los resultados muestran un predominio de enfoques exploratorios y usos instrumentales de la IA, especialmente en relación con actitudes, adopción y apoyo a tareas docentes. En menor medida, se identifican, también, estudios centrados en la integración pedagógica profunda, la alfabetización en IA y sus implicaciones éticas. La presente revisión analítica de la literatura evidencia la necesidad de desarrollar marcos formativos estructurados y de llevar a cabo investigaciones de tipo longitudinal.
