Abstract

The author suggests that the analysis of certain aspects of Sophocles' ET and EC, such as, the geographical localization of the action, the chorus markedly dramatic character, the coming on and going out of actors in the stage and the sequences of the scenes, reveals the different composition of the dramatic rhythm in each of the tragedies.
