EL RECINTO FERIAL DE LORCA, MUESTRA DE ARQUITECTURA CIVIL BARROCA
Abstract
The fairground of Lorca is a sample of baroque utilitarian civil architecture in the first third of the XVIII century, which served the purpose of dynamizing the trade exchanges of the time. By comparing it with the project made by the architect Lucas de los Corrales, 1771-1772 for the fairground of Nuestra Señora de los Llanos (Albacete) it is possible to consistently imagine this type of utilitarian civil architecture, since none of the above mentioned fairgrounds exist anymore.Downloads
