Abstract
In Spanish artistic scene, tlie sculptor and reredos maker Juan de Uzeta (1697-1779), of Granada origin but trained and settled in Murcia, is one tlle artists who help us to utiderstand in a proper way the stylistic courses coming from other countries and inserted in our local art. His most important works, carried out in wood and stone. are in the city of lorca: stulptures and reliefs on the Citv Hall facade.
