Abstract

  This article aims to provide new insights and perspectives on Vertigo by Alfred Hitchcock, under the general ideas of desire, death and religion. To develop such ideas special attention has been paid to the end of Vertigo, intertextuality (Literature, Myths, Films) and to the History of Medicine.
