Abstract

In the modern culture of appearances, clothing and window was defined as chronic daily showcase of the eighteenth century. The aristocratic fashion from European courts transformed the image of the capital, particularly at the end of the ancien regime thrived on the textile from the exquisite eloquence of Louis XIV’s Court. With the ascension of the Spanish Bourbon dynasty, consolidated a new aesthetic model represented by the Vestido a la Moda, passed into history as a French dress, dressed in courtly ethos to Villa de Madrid.
