Leadership for and in the inclusive school
Abstract
This article presents a review of the literature, based on the premise that leadership contributes to the creation of an “inclusive culture” in school, but for it, it must be democratic and committed to inclusive values. The tasks performed by the address on an inclusive and training center that should receive the leader to address them successfully. Are also discursse an approach to the way that can be evaluated the degree to which the leader has the necessary conditions necessary to be an inclusive direction.Downloads
