Organizational structures for an inclusive school: Promoting learning communities
Abstract
This article explores the factors that shape the organization of schools as learning communities and the implications that entails from the perspective of curriculum, organizational and professional development of teachers as the driving forces of the reality of educational institutions. Our starting point is the analysis of social demands, today, are directed toward the establishment of mechanisms that respond to diversity, not so much for schools to provide inclusive education or not, but focusing more on how to to implement this type of education so that it can increase the school success of all children who come to them.Downloads
