Effective and inclusive schools: How to promote their development
Abstract
The school of century XXI must promote a democratic and inclusive education that guarantees the principles of equality, fairness and social justice for all the students. For this reason, the development of effective and inclusive schools must be promoted by the educative policy in order that the same ones can offer an education of quality for all. The teaching staff must as well be supported so that he can reflect and communicate specific aspects of his practice in a climate of collaboration and conditions of work that favor the innovation and the processes of educative improvement.
The result of all it would have to be the construction of educative communities in which the participation, the social cohesion and the learning are present and ensure the success of all.
