SOME CONSIDERATIONS ON THE LABOUR MARKET REFORMATION FROM A JURIDICAL PERSPECTIVE
Abstract
The main objective of this contribution is to analyse the last reform of the Spanish labour market implemented in order to make the labour market more flexible. Following this paper, the idea of flexibility must be characterized as recurrent, expansive and universal. The contribution is also focused on the reflexion about the main element of the reform of 1997: the new labour contract called "contrato para el fomento de la contratación indefinida". So the author reviews, since a critical point of view, the temporal validity of this contract, the group of workers affected and, specifically, the new juridical legislation about dismissal of employees which emerges from the last reform.
