Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyse within Andalusia (Target 1 region within EU) the dynamics of globalization and localization relating to migration and agricultural labour markets. The case study shows how, on the one hand, push and pull factors connect societies in a transnational process, and, on the other, the predominance of the market undermines the power of the States in order to regularising  labour markets. The paradox of a word everyday more "free" for goods and commodities, and more "close" for circulation of human beings lead to a deterioration of conditions of living for the immigrants, deprived of citizenship and more and more invisible and outlaw.
