Abstract
A study of milking labour in 42 dairy sheep farms (28 with machine milking, and 14 with hand milking) was made in the River Duero Basin. Different work routines have been evaluated according to hourly out-put operation time per sheep, waiting time between operations, time variations between milkers, and average time of permanency of teat cups on the udder.Downloads
