REFERENTIAL VALUES OF THE ENZYMATIC ACTIVITY OF α-AMILASE AND ACID PHOSPHATASE IN GOATS OF THE MURCIANO-GRANADINA BREED DURING THIRD GESTATION AND LACTATION
Abstract
It has been carried out a study in order to determine activities of α-amylase (E.C. 3.2.1.1.) and acid phosphatase (E.C. 3.1.3.2./ in female goats of the Murciano-Granadine breed, during the phase of the third gestation and third lactation. Samples were taken out monthly during four months for females in the gestation period and during seven months for females in the phase of lactation. The mean value of α-amylase activity in the gestation period is 35,88+-10.99 IU/l, and during the phase of lactalion is 29.03+-12.15 IU/l. This difference is significative (p<0.05). The mean value of acid phosphatase activity in females during the gestation period is 1.39+-0.47 IU/l and for females in the lactation period is 1.25+-0.31 IU/I. This difference is significative (pDownloads
