INTRAVENOUS PHARMACOKINETICS AND BINDING TO PLASMATIC PROTEINS OF AMOXYCILLIN AND CLAVULANIC ACID IN SHEEPS
Abstract
A kinetic survey of amoxycillin and clavulanic acid after intravenous administration in sheep has been studied. After the corresponding pharmacokinetics studies results show a better adjustment to bicompartimental models which numerical expressions are respectively as follows: Amoxycillin: Ct = 225,40 e(-0.1462 - 1) + 98.97 e(-0.0082 - t) mg/l Clavulanic acid: Ct = 79.27 e(-0.1515 - 1) + 34,42 e(-0.0099 - t) mg/l The amoxycillin and clavulanic acid binding to plasma proteins have shown an average union percentage of 16.33% and 17.07% respectively.Downloads
