BIOCHEMICAL PARAMETERS IN MALE GOAT OF THE MURCIANO-GRANADINA BREED
Abstract
It has been carried out a study of enzimatic activities of the aminopherase ASAT and ALAT the alcaline phosphatase and the concentration of sorne organic plasmatic compounds in the male adult goats of the Murciano-Grandina breed resulting the following data: ASAT =38.74 ± 6.00 UI/L; ALAT =11.28 ± 1.29 UI/L; PAL =87.54 ± 76.68 UI/L; Glucose =45.37 ± 6.40 mg/dl: Urea = 32.98 ± 9.90 mg/dl; Total Bilirrubine =0.36 ± 0.13 mg/dl; Cholesterol =61.80 ± 15.70 mg/dl and Creatinine = 0.19 ±0.22 mg/dl. In general, these data a gree with those of previous reports but sorne of them show a marked variation even within individuals, such as the PAL, urea and total bilirrubine values.Downloads
